Warranty companies are rated on a point system using an extensive, 7-page list of criteria. AWReviews  Members are rated in the same manner as non-members, however, only member companies appear on our Top Ten List. This is because they have agreed to our code of ethics and to AWReviews having power of arbitration in any customer disputes.

Please note that companies with the same Star-Rating are NOT listed alphabetically within the rating but are listed on the basis of internal criteria, and companies with the same star rating should be consider equivalent in terms of our endorsement.
